1 to 1 personal training at my tranquil Northchurch home studio situated at the edge of Ashridge Estate. Unique and beautiful outdoor training options when weather permits. Hassle free parking.
Each session is an hour long and will be tailored to your needs and goals, teaching you how to strengthen your body in a safe and effective way.
Once you have mastered the basics of strength training, I will provide you with a home exercise plan which you can do in between sessions.
As a personal training client, you will also benefit from my integrated wellness coaching, covering nutrition, stress management and movement.
